Send the numbers anyway, with a photo, and say what you think they are. Working out whether a dimension is a structural opening or a finished kerb size is our job, and it is a five-minute job for us against a remade unit for you.

You will get one faster from the configurator, and a bespoke size comes through to us with the full specification attached rather than described twice.

Before you write to us

How quickly will I hear back?
Quote requests are turned around in one working day as a rule, and you get a reference the moment you send one so nothing goes missing. Everything else we answer as quickly as we can during working hours.
Do I have to be a trade customer to buy?
No. Anyone can open an account and order, at the same prices. Register as a company and prices lead with the ex-VAT figure; register as an individual and they lead with the inc-VAT figure you pay.
Can you supply and fit?
We are a supply-only trade counter: we sell the product, made to your sizes, delivered to you. Fitting is down to you or your installer, and the manufacturer's installation guides are on the delivery page.
Can I see a sample or a colour swatch?
Ask us. Frame colours are standard RAL references, so we can tell you exactly which RAL a finish is, and point you at the nearest example.
